On Site MassageOn Site Acupressure massage is designed specifically to reduce stress in the workplace. This energising 15-25 minutes massage is received fully clothed seated in a specifically designed chair, using no oils or creams. By using a combination of massage, over 100 acupressure points and stretching the therapist eases tension and increases circulation to the key muscle groups affected by stress. The treatment normalises the systems of the body, rebalancing where necessary. The clients breathing pattern deepens, blood pressure drops, muscles are able to relax and unwind. Tension eases, thoughts slow down and a state of relaxation is induced. Towards the end of the session the pace of the massage is increased, invigorating techniques are used and the client has to participate in the treatment, enabling them to begin to feel a state of relaxed alertness.
